I am unable to uninstall using the control panel. the following message comes up
cannot open database file, system error -2147287037
is there another way to safely uninstall it from prepar3d version 4 on windows10 ?

Hello and welcome.
Haven't seen this error message reported before. Do you use any Registry Cleaning type software?
It might be worth launching your Accu-Feel installer to see if this produces a different result.
